6" Carvel Hall Stainless Steel Crab Picking Knife, Seafood Shellfish Knives
These knives were once made by the Carvel Hall company in Crisfield, Maryland and are considered to be some of the best crab knives ever produced. The company went under new ownership in the 1960s but still continued to produce the exact same knives. My family purchased about 300 of them in 1999. I am keeping a few and selling the rest. I live about 2 miles from the abandoned Carvel Hall building. I will try to add a few pics to this listing soon.
